publicizing and promoting the company. And I hereby grant Innovative Language Learning USA,
LLC, located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958-9776, the perpetual,
irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use my name, brief biographical information,
picture, audio, video and the Testimonial as defined on this form to copy, exhibit, publish or
distribute the Testimonial for purposes of publicizing Innovative Language Learning’s programs
or for any other lawful purpose. These statements may be used in printed publications,
multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make
no monetary or other claim against Innovative Language Learning for the use of the statement.

1. I grant to Innovative Language Learning USA, LLC: a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence (with right to sub-licence) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Submission in connection with the provision of the Services and otherwise in connection with the provision of the Website and Innovative Language Learning’s business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

I hereby hold harmless and release Innovative Language Learning from all claims, demands and
causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other
persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this
authorization.
